Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot, executing retail strategy, events, demos, and data-driven merchandising initiatives. You will develop strong store partnerships, manage inventory and assist in promotional activities.

The role emphasizes in-field engagement, strong product knowledge, and the ability to travel to assigned store locations while supporting TTI’s growth in retail environments

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and product placement, using Power BI for decisions.
