Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and leverage analytics to optimize in‑store behavior.

You will build strong retailer partnerships, plan promotional events, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align with brand strategies. This role offers hands‑on field experience and growth opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle with insurance listing the applicant as primary driver.
• Willingness to travel to assigned store locations and occasional air travel.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.
• Formal higher education preferred but not required – Equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and customer service with deep product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell‑through.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and drive sales.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail market, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot team for in‑store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks; participate in store resets.
