Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales of premier product lines through The Home Depot and other major partners. You will enhance selling and account management skills while launching your career in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel to stores, demonstrate products, manage inventories, and coordinate with store teams. The role requires flexibility for nights/weekends and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable transportation.
• Able to travel to assigned store locations and for meetings/events.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Leverage Microsoft Power BI to analyze store data and drive decisions.
• Build relationships with Home Depot team members for better in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report on tasks and responsibilities.
• Participate in merchandising resets and ensure timely product placement.
