Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot, delivering product solutions and engaging customers with deep product knowledge.

You will plan events, demos, and merchandising, and analyze sales data with Power BI while traveling nationwide. TTI offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401k, and company devices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store locations as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events.
• Air travel will be required.
• Employee may need to transport company property (devices, demo tools, tool kit, safety supplies).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and using ladders as needed.
• Ability to work nights and weekends in retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and strategic product placement.
• Leverage data analytics through Power BI to drive decisions and maximize impact.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in training programs to work independently in the assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting for store locations.
