Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales with The Home Depot, develop product knowledge, and build long‑term partnerships. You will execute demos, promotions, and merchandising while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires travel to assigned stores nationwide, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work nights and weekends. A personal vehicle and valid US driver’s license are required, with relocation possible for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales readiness through merchandising and optimal product placement.
• Develop an understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in‑store execution.
