Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot across Nationwide locations. You will lead merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement, using analytics to maximize impact and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Home Depot teams, manage inventory, and participate in ongoing training to advance in a fast-paced tools and outdoor equipment brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• US work eligibility without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass drug and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least one year and own a vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets at The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and excellent customer service with deep product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotions, demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and merchandising to increase brand awareness and sales momentum.
• Utilize Power BI and data insights to optimize merchandising, product placement, and store objectives.
