Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive in-store sales at The Home Depot. You will promote TTI product lines, coordinate promotions, and support brand marketing initiatives.

You will build relationships with store teams, manage inventory, and participate in merchandising resets, while leveraging Power BI analytics to maximize sell-through and ensure brand presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver's license for at least one continuous full year in one state.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members and drive in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to showcase cutting-edge products.
