Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot. You will engage customers, demonstrate TTI products, and execute in-store promotions to strengthen our retail presence.

You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, sales analytics using Power BI, and cross-functional collaboration, while building lasting partnerships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid US driver's license for at least one year.
• Own a personal vehicle with insurance.
• Willing to travel to multiple store locations and attend meetings/events.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising and data analytics with Power BI to drive decisions.
• Develop relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution and long-term partnerships.
• Effectively manage inventory and assist with merchandising resets.
