Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot and other key retailers across the United States. You will lead merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement while leveraging data analytics to influence decisions and optimize product placement.

The role offers hands-on training, field experience, and opportunities for advancement within a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year and a personal vehicle.
• Willing to travel to assigned store locations; air travel may be required.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets delivering in-store B2C sales and service at The Home Depot.
• Plan events, demos, and store walks to boost engagement and sell-through.
• Support marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
• Use Power BI analytics to inform merchandising and store objectives.
• Develop retailer relationships and manage inventory levels.
