Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share and growth with The Home Depot across various retail initiatives. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and plan store events to boost sell-thru while leveraging data analytics to optimize in-store execution.

The role requires travel to assigned stores, a valid driver’s license, and a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least 1 year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle and insurance listing the driver as primary.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot by delivering B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence through merchandising and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot team members.
