Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot across the United States. You will be at the forefront of retail strategy, delivering product knowledge and customer-focused solutions to professionals and DIY customers.

The role involves hands-on merchandising, sales analytics, and close collaboration with Home Depot teams. Expect travel to multiple stores, participation in events, and a fast-paced, rewarding

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional travel for meetings, events, etc.
• Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics (Power BI).
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
