Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales at The Home Depot across assigned markets. You will deliver best-in-class customer service, conduct product demos, and execute promotional events to increase sell-through.

You will also support strategic brand marketing initiatives and use data to optimize merchandising and store presence. Travel to multiple stores and manual lifting may be required.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report checks.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel to/ from assigned store locations and attend meetings/events as needed.

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics (Power BI) to drive decisions and maximize impact in-store.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot staff to enhance execution and partnerships.
