Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a FIELD SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE to drive in-store engagement with The Home Depot and deliver tailored product solutions. You will collaborate with store teams, execute promotional events, and support merchandising initiatives while leveraging data insights.

Applicants should be ready to travel, work nights and weekends as needed, and maintain strong product knowledge across power tools, outdoor equipment, and floor care brands.

Qualificações

• Must be 21 years or older
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Able to pass drug and MVR screenings
• Valid US driver's license for at least 1 year
• Personal vehicle and insurance
• Willing to travel to/from stores and for meetings
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling tools
• Comfortable with nights/weekends in retail environments
• MS Office proficiency essential
• Relocation possible for opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Exceed sales targets with in-store consumer sales and customer service
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos, and store walks
• Support brand marketing initiatives to boost awareness and sell-through
• Maintain brand presence and merchandising, using data to drive decisions
• Develop understanding of retail landscape and channel dynamics
• Engage with Home Depot teams to build partnerships
• Manage inventory levels and report duties
• Assist in merchandising resets and product placements
