Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead a residential door-to-door sales team. You will drive in-field execution, coach reps, and manage performance metrics to maximize sign-ups and revenue.

The role is a full-time W-2 with base pay plus uncapped commissions, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities. You will travel locally and work evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience, with 1–2 years leading residential teams.
• Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing D2D reps.
• Comfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environments.
• Hands-on leader with strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field management.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily field operations, including territory planning, ride-alongs, and in-field coaching
• Set clear activity and sales expectations tied to installs, conversions, and revenue
• Track and manage KPIs such as doors knocked, leads generated, orders submitted, installs completed, and churn
• Coach reps on selling: speed, reliability, pricing, switching objections, and competitive displacement
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly training, and ongoing product and sales skills development
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, permitting requirements, and local solicitation regulations
• Build and maintain a competitive, accountable, and results-driven team culture
