Job summary

Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead and scale a residential door-to-door sales team. You will oversee in-field leadership, daily execution, rep development, and drive customer sign-ups.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in D2D sales with 1–2 years leading residential teams, plus strong coaching, recruiting, and performance management skills. This is a full-time W-2 role with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering growth opportunities and competitive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in door-to-door sales with 1–2 years leading residential teams.
• Strong ability to recruit, train and retain high-performing D2D reps.
• Comfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environments.
• Hands-on leadership with coaching, communication, and accountability.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, including territory planning, ride-alongs, and in-field coaching.
• Set clear activity and sales expectations tied to installs, conversions, and revenue.
• Track and manage KPIs such as doors knocked, leads generated, orders submitted, installs completed, and churn.
• Coach reps on selling: speed, reliability, pricing, switching objections, and competitive displacement.
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly training, and ongoing product and sales skills development.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, permitting requirements, and local solicitation regulations.
• Build and maintain a competitive, accountable, and results-driven team culture.
