Astound is seeking a dynamic Residential Outside Sales representative to grow our local customer base through face-to-face, door-to-door engagements in targeted markets. You’ll start with a base salary and unlock uncapped commissions as you sign up new residential service plans.

This field-based role rewards high performers with earning potential up to six figures (base plus commissions). Training begins in November/December; strong communication, self-motivation, and reliable transportation

Formación

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license in many markets.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Motivated self-starter and able to work autonomously.
• Sales-quota driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced field environment.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain new residential customers through professional, face-to-face interactions with residents and property managers.
• Pursue leads daily and understand property specifics to offer suitable services.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Explain service options, sign-up orders, and review contract language with customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitive offerings in your market.
