Sales Focus Inc. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead and scale a residential door-to-door sales team. You will oversee in-field operations, drive sign-ups, and coach reps to hit targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role is a full-time W-2 with base pay plus uncapped commission and a clear pathway for growth. Expect to manage metrics, work evenings/weekends, travel locally, and stay compliant with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience, with 1–2 years leading residential teams.
• Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing D2D reps.
• Comfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environments.
• Hands-on leader with strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field management.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, including territory planning, ride-alongs, and in-field coaching
• Set clear activity and sales expectations tied to installs, conversions, and revenue
• Track and manage KPIs such as doors knocked, leads generated, orders submitted, installs completed, and churn
• Coach reps on selling: speed, reliability, pricing, switching objections, and competitive displacement
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly training, and ongoing product and sales skills development
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, permitting requirements, and local solicitation regulations
• Build and maintain a competitive, accountable, and results-driven team culture

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base pay + uncapped commission
• On-Target Earnings: $60,000 – $90,000+
