Sales Focus Inc. is hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join a high-performing residential door-to-door sales team.

This is a W-2 position offering guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission, with paid training and ongoing field coaching. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with face-to-face, residential sales environments is preferred.

• Ability to work independently while following a structured sales process.
• Prior door-to-door or outside sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners directly through door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Educate prospects on products and services using a proven sales process.
• Generate and qualify leads, set appointments, and close sales where applicable.
• Accurately document activity and outcomes using provided tools.
• Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the field.
