You will spend most of your time in the field coaching and supporting your team, while managing territory plans, sales goals, and key customer relationships to ensure top-line performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communication with clients and team.
• Experience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goals.
• Knowledge of communications technologies and services, esp. telephone and Internet.
• Valid state driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to exceed targets.
• Spend 80% of time in the field supporting the team; 20% in office tasks.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory plan; monitor sales goals.
• Resolve customer issues impacting sales operations and efficiency.
• Organize regular meetings to update on tools, processes and product changes.
• Recruit, train and coach Account Executives; manage performance reviews.
• Oversee daily funnel activity and reporting for sales reps.
• Build strong relationships with customers and partners, staying informed on Spectrum offerings.
