ScottsMiracle-Gro is seeking a Sales Manager for the Field Sales team in the United States. You will manage Merchandisers, develop in-store plans, and drive growth with Home Depot and Lowe's in your territory.

Lead recruiting, budget management, and vendor relationships while delivering product training and strategic merchandising. The role emphasizes leadership opportunities, a strong customer focus, and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of experience in retail, merchandising, and/or account management.
• Strong delegation skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience using sales forecasting tools and driving sales in-store.

Responsabilités

• Manage and direct Merchandisers, plan and delegate work and provide feedback.
• Use strategic selling and metrics to educate home center partners on opportunities.
• Develop retail sales/marketing plans and creative tools/events.
• Build recruiting plans, interview and hire to grow the Merchandiser team while managing the budget.
• Provide product knowledge training across Scotts brands.
• Assist retailers with proper merchandising and POS materials to meet needs.
