Job summary

You will conduct one-on-one coaching, develop performance plans, participate in hiring with HR, manage key accounts, and ensure on-time orders while resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales are required; MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts effective one-on-one sales meetings and reviews performance.
• Develops and reviews performance enhancement plans for reps.
• Addresses skill deficiencies with customized coaching plans.
• Pre-plans, strategizes goals, and defines target accounts.
• Participates in associate interviews and onboarding with HR.
• Maintains relationships with key accounts and opens orders.
