This role ensures merchandising standards, supports Sales Consultants and District Managers, and drives volume in multiple accounts including Sacramento, Vacaville, and surrounding areas.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum 5 years in merchandising and off-premise sales support.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication, diplomacy and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily workload and bookings; align with Router.
• Communicate with Sales Manager and District Managers on bookings and staffing needs.
• Meet with key customers to review and present merchandising standards.
• Develop and maintain merchandising standards and training materials.
• Lead merchandiser activities and supervise a merchandiser team.
• Recruitment, scheduling, and time card validation; conduct staff meetings.
