Qualifications

• Experience leading an outside sales team in building materials or related industry ( cabinet, kitchen, hardware ).
• Proactive, autonomous leader who educates, motivates, and drives results.
• Strong analytical, planning, and monitoring skills for regional sales management.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage customer accounts and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Outside Sales Representatives.
• Join field calls with customers to provide feedback and guidance.
• Deliver ongoing training on consultative selling, business-building methods, and product knowledge.
• Drive high employee motivation, morale, and performance across the team.
• Own direct selling for a subset of customer accounts and meet budgets and targets.
• Oversee regional sales activities, promotions, and sales meetings.
