Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer for a boots-on-the-ground, local territory.

The role blends field sales with hands-on coaching of newer reps, delivered as a 1099 contractor with licensing support and travel within the territory.

You will grow your own book of business while developing others, using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and data‑driven coaching in a non‑remote, local market.

Formación

• Experience in outside/B2B sales, preferably in benefits or related fields.
• Experience mentoring or coaching sales professionals in the field.
• Strong presentation skills for 1:1 meetings and groups of 20–75+.
• Organized, practical and process‑driven; follows systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a dependable outside sales producer in your assigned territory.
• Deliver clear benefit presentations to business owners and employee groups.
• Conduct ride-alongs, debriefs, role-plays and field coaching.
• Develop training materials, playbooks and coaching modules.
• Collaborate with leadership to set activity goals and improve conversions.
• Maintain your client portfolio while supporting team growth.
