True North Group LLC is seeking a Direct Sales Leader to guide businesses through their benefit needs while mentoring a growing team in a territory-based sales model. This field-based role blends hands-on selling with leadership to drive results with integrity.

You will train new representatives, teach prospecting, presentations, and closings, and build confidence through regular coaching and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years in customer-facing or sales roles acceptable.
• Proficient with Salesforce and digital tools.
• Driven, positive, and integrity-driven.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present benefits and set appointments.
• Shadow new agents, role-play scenarios, and coach first weeks.
• Host regular check-ins, track progress, and foster a winning team culture.
• Set personal and team goals monthly, and track sales activities by territory.
• Support client relationships through claims, renewals, and benefit questions.
