Qualifications

• Sales experience in field or B2B settings with strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.
• Leadership mindset with ability to mentor and develop others.
• Clear communication: explain complex ideas simply to individuals and groups.
• Organized, reliable, with trackable activities and commitments.
• Service-driven sales philosophy prioritizing people and relationships.
• License readiness: Health & Life general lines license or willingness to earn within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present benefits and schedule appointments.
• Shadow and mentor new agents, role-play scenarios, coach first deals.
• Host regular check-ins, track progress, and foster a positive team culture.
• Set personal and team goals monthly and report on key sales activities.
• Support client relationships through claims, renewals, and benefit questions.
