True North Group LLC is seeking a Direct Sales Leader to guide territory-based sales, coach new agents, and model best practices for closing benefit deals. You’ll blend field work with leadership responsibilities, training representatives through their first policies and presentations, and building a confident, compliant team.

Ideal candidates bring field or B2B sales experience, leadership mindset, clear communication, organization, and a Health & Life license or willingness to obtain it within

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or four or more years in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Field or B2B sales experience with relationship-building and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and other digital tools.
• Health & Life general lines license or willingness to obtain within 90 days with company support.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with business owners and decision-makers to present benefits and close deals.
• Shadowing and mentoring new agents, helping them navigate early weeks and close first deals.
• Host regular check-ins, track progress, and foster a positive team culture.
• Set monthly personal and team goals and report key sales activities.
• Support client relationships through claims, renewals, and benefit questions.
