Charter Communications is seeking a Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisor to lead a field-based sales team delivering Spectrum home connectivity solutions. You will recruit, train and coach staff, set expectations, and drive monthly targets while coordinating with other departments and managing commissions.

The role requires travel between territories, outdoor work in various conditions, and a proven track record in outside sales. A valid license and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years outside sales experience.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with consumer and commercial devices/software.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve targets.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff.
• Set clear expectations and coach team members.
• Assess training needs and implement development plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of product offerings and market trends.
