North seeks an Associate Director to join its North Direct Field Sales team. This Player/Coach role combines leading a team of Field Sales Professionals with maintaining your own SaaS and payments pipeline, guiding deals from first contact to close, and coaching others to hit aggressive targets.

You’ll build partnerships with local POS dealers and designers, drive strategic initiatives, and grow into more senior leadership within Sales Leadership or Revenue Operations.

Competenze

• Proven success in high-volume, full-cycle SaaS or payments sales.
• Strong leadership aspiration with ability to coach and mentor.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
