Job summary

Allegiant Business Group seeks an outside sales professional who will also train new reps within a local territory. The role blends active market engagement with hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and ongoing mentoring to build durable sales careers.

The candidate will deliver benefit presentations to business owners and employee groups, maintain a growing book of business, and support team performance with practical training materials.

Qualifications

• Proven outside/B2B sales success in local markets.
• Experience mentoring/training field reps.
• Strong presentation skills for 1:1 and groups.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Willing to travel regularly within territory.
• Data-driven approach to coaching and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dependable outside sales producer in your assigned territory.
• Deliver clear, professional benefit presentations to business owners and employee groups.
• Conduct ride-alongs, debriefs, role-plays, and field coaching for new reps.
• Develop and maintain concise training materials and playbooks.
• Collaborate with leadership to set activity goals and improve conversion metrics.
• Maintain your client portfolio while supporting growth and retention of your team.
