True North Group LLC. is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Trainer to coach new agents, lead by example in the field, and help grow a high-performing team. This role blends hands-on training with field leadership to deepen product knowledge and selling skills.

In addition to ride-alongs and practical coaching, you’ll foster a positive, growth-focused culture, balance training with personal production, and support team members as they obtain life & health insurance licensure.

Competenze

• Experience in sales with a background in training or leadership.
• Strong communicator who enjoys coaching and motivating others.
• Team-oriented mindset focused on collective success.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to lead in the field.
• Licensed or willing to obtain life & health insurance licensure with company support.
