Job summary

Pittston Co-Packers in Los Angeles is seeking a Field Sales Manager to own in-store execution, distributor support, and outlet development across the LA market. This role is the primary feet-on-the-street execution position responsible for converting route-to-market access into visible shelf, cold, display, POS, and sell-through execution.

You will lead route-to-market initiatives, ensure shelf presence, pricing alignment, and POS deployment, and collaborate with distributors to turn placements

Qualifications

• 2+ years in beverage/CPG field sales.
• Experience calling on independent stores and local retail teams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute store visits against route plans and target outlet lists.
• Drive in-store compliance, shelf placement, cold placement, display, pricing, and POS.
• Support distributor pull-through to convert placements into repeat orders.
• Open, reactivate, and defend target accounts with route and account support.
• Document competitor activity and market feedback in reporting system.
• Support demos, blitzes, distributor ride-withs, and local activations.
