Cable One, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage the local Business Sales department in Victoria, TX. You will supervise sales personnel, drive revenue budgets, and oversee financial forecasting, expenses, and capital expenditures. Reports to the Director of Business Sales.

You will recruit and develop sales staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to achieve company objectives. Maintain a learning-based, accountable team culture across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
