Job summary

Cable One seeks a Head of Field Sales, Business Services to provide leadership for field sales across SMB, enterprise, and alternate channels. Reporting to the SVP, Business Services, the role will partner with executives to develop strategy and optimize performance while building leadership within the teams.

The successful candidate will recruit and develop top talent, set budgets and quotas, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in business services.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred or similar academic / professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy across field sales, including SMB, enterprise, and channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and other leaders to align development strategies.
• Develop targets, quotas and performance metrics based on data insights.
• Forecast budgets, resources and variances for Field Sales.
• Recruit, train, and develop A-level talent and leadership.
• Prepare high-level performance reports for business services.
