WOW! Internet Cable and Phone is seeking a Supervisor for Residential Field Sales to lead, train, and motivate field teams including 3rd party contractors.

The role is highly field-focused, with hands-on supervision to drive performance while maintaining quality customer service standards. Responsibilities include hiring support, coaching, field training on new products and pricing, and ensuring alignment with Field Ops and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college.
• 3 years of sales leadership experience.
• 3 years of field sales experience with consumer products.

Mansioni

• Supervise and train Residential Field Sales Representatives and 3rd party contractor teams.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct field coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Field Ops and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare productivity reports and monitor scheduling.
• Manage hiring/interview process and discipline as needed.
