Starting as a trainee, you can move to Account Executive in 1–2 weeks depending on performance, with ongoing training and a path to management within a supportive, competitive team culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
• Experience in sales, promotions or customer service is a plus, but training provided.
• Reliable, coachable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in the field at assigned territories, not behind a desk.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Represent top telecom brands at daily territory events, engaging face-to-face with real customers.
• Present and sell Internet, TV, and Mobility service bundles with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Build genuine rapport with customers on the spot — no cold calling, no scripts, just real conversations.
• Log your daily numbers (stops, presentations, closes) and track your progress toward your goals.
• Follow up with new customers to ensure a great experience and earn referrals.
