Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Field Sales Representative in New Jersey to market Verizon products and services to communities, property managers and owners. You will be a self-starter with strong communication and time management skills, planning and executing on-site events to grow product penetration and sales.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience in related fields such as real estate, outside sales, B2B, retail or telecom, and a reliable transportation plan for some travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related sales, customer-facing, or promotional experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus and may be needed based on business needs.
• Proficient with standard PC tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and activate events.
• Schedule events and identify additional marketing tactics.
• Pre-promote events and offers.
• Maintain clear communication between clients, prospects and internal teams.
• Handle administrative duties including event recaps, finance and inventory.
