Qualifications

• Entry-level or junior sales experience with a drive to grow in business development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow up with emails.
• Tech-savvy with Google/Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities for janitorial and maintenance services.
• Drive the sales pipeline through outbound calls and initial meetings.
• Deliver presentations to show how we can help clients.
• Support AVP in closing contracts and upsell opportunities.
• Represent The Budd Group at trade shows and events.
