Philip Morris International is offering a Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027 and provides hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, analytics, and business development.

The intern will ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and present findings to leaders. A flexible hybrid work model and meaningful projects support professional growth and a smoke-free future mission.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a full-time bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytic, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.

• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship conclusion.
