Philip Morris International U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States.

The 10-week program provides hands-on field sales experience, exposure to retail execution, analytics, and cross-functional projects under senior sales leaders. Interns will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to use data for insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, organizations, athletics, or work.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and engagement.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
