PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. Join the Commercial team to gain hands-on experience in field sales, territory analysis, and retailer engagement while working with experienced leaders.

You will ride-alongs, analyze data, support performance reviews, and present findings to leadership. Applicants must be enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s program with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028 and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in academics, athletics, student orgs, or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership at internship end.
