PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in territory management and commercial operations.

You will work alongside seasoned sales leaders, observe retail execution, and analyze market trends to drive territory growth and consumer engagement. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a full-time bachelor's program, graduating between December 2027 and May 2028, and possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
