Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 within its Commercial organization. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience, projects, and leadership exposure while working in a fast-paced sales territory.

Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to territory growth and retailer engagement. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with graduation expected between Dec 2027 and May 2028, and be legally

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
