Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within an assigned territory.

You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze sales and market data, support performance reviews, collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams, and present your findings to leaders at the internship’s conclusion.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's program.
• Graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable using data to drive insights.
• Leadership demonstrated via activities or work.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver's license; willing to travel locally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
