Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. invites you to join a 10-week Undergraduate Internships in Field Sales for Summer 2027.

You will work in the Commercial organization, supporting territory growth and retailer engagement while learning how strategic plans translate into in-market results. As an intern, you will shadow Territory Sales Managers, perform data analyses to uncover opportunities, and contribute to project recommendations presented to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
