Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. You will work in the Commercial organization and gain exposure to field sales, analytics, and business development within an assigned territory.

Interns participate in ride-alongs, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that support territory growth and retailer engagement, with a focus on commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
