Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program in the United States. You will work with Territory Sales Managers, learn how strategic plans translate into marketplace results, and gain exposure to field sales and commercial operations in a rotational setting.

You will analyze market trends, support territory reviews, and present findings to leaders. Eligible students must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
