Job summary

PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program.

This 10-week internship provides hands-on experience across field sales and commercial operations, with exposure to territory growth and retailer engagement in a flexible hybrid environment. You will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
