PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027, a 10-week program designed to deliver hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within a defined territory.

Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and contribute to business priorities and retailer relationships. The role supports projects that drive territory growth and consumer engagement, with exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
