PMI U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The program provides hands-on experience, professional development, and networking with peers and leaders across the organization.

As a Territory Sales Manager Intern, you’ll work in the field, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects supporting territory growth and consumer engagement. Travel locally is expected, and the internship runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Observe retail execution and customer engagement via ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
